Training Materials
We can help develop, maintain and store all your simulator training materials including scripts for Qualification Courses and Continuing Qualification courses, Training Guides, Exams, and Instructor briefing presentations.

Scripts
Detailed simulator scripts ensuring operational excellence and training accuracy. Our scripts rely on three levels of Quality Assurance. Using software tools, we check for internal accuracy, spelling and grammar. AI tools read the scripts to ensure internal consistency and that all required elements are included in the script. Finally, our third level of QA relies on highly -experienced training pilots to read the scripts forward and backwards to ensure your trainers can rely on the script for accuracy and reliability.
Training Guides
Training guides inform pilots-under-training what will be required for them to have a succesfull training event. Pre-simulator topics to review, and outlines of the training to be covered in the simulator. Training guides can also keep pilots up-to-date on the details of the training center and other need-to-know information.
Exams
For operators and training organizations that want to track progress of pilots-in-training, or when required by Regulators, we can provide on-line or paper exams to reinforce key training concepts.
Instructor Briefing
Every simulator session needs a precise and accurate summary of training to be reviewed, to be introduced and other essential material. These presentations need to be accurate and in synch with all other materials for the training session,
Simulator Scripting Challenges
Do your scripts suffer from any of the following challenges?
- Inconsistent data flow through. i.e. meteorological information, instrument procedure, airport etc.
- Poor QA
- Poor Readability (contrast, simplicity, font)
- Cluttered with unnecessary information.
- Inaccurate / unclear ATC phraseology
- Insufficient supporting operator documentation (W&B, load, Performance, OFP etc.)
- Inconsistent structure, formatting and style cross all operator fleets.
- Inaccurate time budget causing instructor deviation from script (inconsistent/negative training…
- missed required training items.)
- Untested in specific device for sim functionality/script compatibility
- Broken flow resulting in crew disorientation.
- Unrealistic scenarios
- Lack of crew performance expectations
- Inadequate/Excessive instructor guidance
- Cutting and pasting text from other scripts
